1. How do I return my product?

  • You can return an order by clicking Return on the My Orders page.
  • We accept returns within 7 days after the order is delivered. Please ensure while
    returning, the product is unused and the tag is intact as the way it was delivered.
  • We will arrange a pick-up within 3-4 days of your request.

There are certain areas where we cannot provide a pick-up service. However, you can self-ship your product through any courier service, preferably Speed Post.

2. How will I get my refund?

  • Once the order has been picked up, the refund will be initiated to your Befykar
    wallet after your order is picked and passed the quality check.
  • Products without the bar code or product tag will not be accepted.

You can make the purchase again using the amount in your wallet. If you wish to return the product for the second time, then the refund will be initiated to your bank account.

3. When will I get my refund?

Refund will reflect as per the below-mentioned timelines:

  • Befykar Wallet refund will get credited within 24 hours.
  • Actual mode of payment refund will take 5 to 7 working days.

Payment Gateway refund process takes 5 to 7 working days excluding Saturdays/Sundays and Bank Holidays.

4. Can I cancel

Yes. You can cancel your item(s) until we start processing your order. Your order will be in Order confirmed status while it is eligible for cancellation.

5. Can I cancel my Cancellation Request?

Once an order is cancelled, we won’t be able to undo it from our end. We would request you to place a fresh order on our website.

6. How do I cancel the product which is already in process?

We request you to get in touch with the customer care at support@befykar.com for cancellation once the order is processed.
